Messaging Request

The Office of the Provost is committed to ensuring clear, timely, and effective communication across the university.

To provide the information faculty and staff need without overwhelming inboxes, the Provost’s Office has established two primary communication channels. These messages are designed to keep the university community informed about important academic and administrative updates, as well as valuable opportunities for faculty.

The Provost’s Office sends two regular communications:

  • Provost’s Message – Sent twice per semester, this message focuses on key strategic academic and administrative initiatives. It provides transparent and substantive updates on major decisions, progress on university priorities, and other essential topics. It is curated by the provost and reaches all faculty and staff.

  • Deans' Message – Sent monthly, this communication highlights short-term faculty opportunities, policies, and important updates. It is specifically designed for deans to share directly with their faculty.
