Business Development and Implementation Manager

As Business Development and Implementation Manager, Stephen’s role is to provide high-level financial planning, strategic advising, modeling and data analytics, and project implementation support for the New Ventures Team.

Stephen brings 15 years of finance/accounting experience in both higher-education and private industry to the New Ventures Team. Stephen has a passion for collaboration and exceptional client service, which were keys to his success at Deloitte and PwC where he provided auditing and advisory services to a set of global clients, including a Paris-based Fortune Global 500 company. After working in private industry, Stephen assumed a financial management role at a private university in D.C. where he developed a passion for helping universities attain their financial and strategic goals. His commitment to higher education also extends to the classroom, where he has taught both Business Management and French as an adjunct faculty member.

Stephen holds a MBA with a focus in Finance, as well as a MA in French.
